Yoga in the office is back! It’s been awhile, so I bet everyone is in need of some flexibility and relaxation. Don’t think you can do yoga for some reason (age, flexibility level, experience level, etc.)? This class will show you that a few simple poses and sequences can improve your range of motion and strength. You’ll be balancing on one foot and tying your shoes in no time at all!
This weekly class is taught by Joann Gilt, who also happens to be a personal trainer and OR nurse. Her extensive background in health and fitness makes her the ideal instructor for bringing every person and every type of body back into more balanced health. Join in every Tuesday at 6 pm at 130 Temple St, Ste 130.

Cost is $12 for a drop-in, $10/class for a five or 10 class pass.
