Yoga Flex is the perfect blend of yoga, stretching, and self care for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Christy’s massage background and all that brain power she used to study anatomy and kinesiology combines to give you an excellent understanding of yourself in yoga. She breaks down poses, makes movements simple, and helps you grasp where your body could use more flexibility and where it could use more strength. This class is more slow paced, designed to be a building block. After a few sessions with Christy, you can attend many other types of yoga classes and not feel intimidated!
