Yoga for Golfers is designed to increase your range of motion,
strengthen your core and help reduce back stiffness. You'll improve your game, play more consistently and love how you feel after the 18th hole!
Christy is a NESTA certified Sport Yoga and Pilates instructor. Her years of experience in massage therapy give her an advantage over other yoga instructors. She truly understands how the muscles work, and can tell which of yours are too tight/short, which can impact your golf game.

Gentle Yoga is a class designed for people of all ages and abilities. This class will gently show you how to properly move into the various yoga poses that may confuse you if you've tried a fast-paced class somewhere else!
Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga is a class that will help you stretch, strengthen and breathe! Proper alignment and technique is shown, and anyone is welcome!
The Beginner Series is perfect for those who have never tried yoga, or have felt like they couldn't go to a class because they aren't "flexible" enough.
